1. Start with a Sear
Get that grill nice and hot, to begin with, and sear your meat at first. Move it aside from the hot flame and let cook slower to get a juicier and more tender meal.
2. Separate your Foods
Instead of crowding your grill with a variety of different foods (we know, everyone wants something different) Separate them into the same sections to keep the fish flavors with the fish and meat flavors with the meat.
3. Eat your Greens!
No meal is complete with a delicious side of veggies. One of our favorite recipes is grilled zucchini or summer squash. Simply cut in half length ways, brush with olive oil and add some salt and pepper. Set these on indirect heat to grill slowly and get that tasty roasted flavor.
4. Vegetarian? No Problem
Substitute those beef or turkey burgers for a portabella steak. These grill up quickly and satisfy any herbivores appetite.
5. Give it a Rest
Nothing can ruin a delicious piece of meat like immediately cutting into it after you take it off the grill. Let it rest for at least five to ten minutes to let those juices redistribute throughout. This will keep it juicy and flavorful.
